side effect of routines?

I was just writing to Slider that I think I may have been migraine-free these last few weeks because I've been going to bed at a decent hour - something new for me. Last night I was up until 3am and I woke with a migraine. I wonder if this is what triggers them. I never thought of that before.

I can't believe how slow amazon.com is for you! I always get books within a day or two. Maybe try ordering from the US site?

Tired headaches

When both my babies were feeding during the night I had lots of headaches - they have often been associated with lack of sleep for me.

Unfortunately they have only just been both sleeping through now for a few months (after over 3 years of it!!!!). But at least I'm finally getting sleep! :)

back to it!

I need to get back to regular life here, with my routines and day plans. To my frustration, my new domain name has not yet propagated so I can't work on learning DotNetNuke. I can launch the Web site, but I can't launch the database manager. I emailed the host asking for an alternate URL. They're supposed to answer within 30 minutes (that's the promise), but no one ever answered at all.

I woke up with a migraine this morning - first one in a long time. I've been amazingly migraine-free lately.

Need to go make coffee while the rescue meds kick in...
