Every time you write to me, I write back with answers and instructions and you do not respond. Then six weeks later you write to me with the exact same requests. If you can't read your email and answer, please stop writing to me. This is ridiculous.

I thought I was being a bit cranky here. You think that's good??
I was frustrated. Both these guys write me every few weeks with the EXACT same questions. I answer the questions, they don't respond, then in a few weeks I get the same questions again.
Perhaps these guys don't check their spam folders for misfiled email. It's massively annoying!!!!!
