Procrastination in Canberra?
I don't know, and can't find, any specific 'procrastination' support groups in Canberra - I'm not sure if there's any running anywhere, actually.
But, there are still resources you could use for this...
One suggestion might be adult ADHD support groups? People in such groups also tend to have severe procrastination problems, so you may be able to get some support there, or find out information about say, life-coaches or counsellors who specialise in it.
