Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.

As of September 22, there will be 100 days left in 2008.

What I hope to do

Is stick with my new routine...

And to avail myself of the gifts already here -- namely the presence and support of all of you.

my 100 day plan ;)

Hi Journey!

Thanks for the topic of 100 days left in 2008 :)

By Sept 22 I hope to have the closing on my new condo (which is across the street from my rental condo).

My goals are to paint the new place and to move in over 3-6 weeks.

I want to set up the new place according to simplicity and function. Will that happen in reality? We will see ;)

I will take "the essentials" in. Then with remaining stuff, decide whether to share/donate or what.

Hoping to achieve a workable, hopefully minimally-cluttered environment. The goal being, if it is set-up fairly well and easy/easier to take care of, I'm hoping it can cut down on procrastination by 50% or more? So I hope to use the 100 days toward a goal of simplified functionality :) Please wish me luck! :)

An environment for getting things done...

One of the things that David Allen emphasizes in "Getting things done" is making sure one's physical environment is set up to facilitate getting things done--that the cues related to what needs to be done are near the things you need to get them done.

Sounds like you're on the right track!!!

Thank you for being here, too, recycler!

good luck recycler

Good Luck with that :)

sounds like a really positive and realistic plan. inspiring!
