Cool new tool!

Now you guys know that I like to experiment with different time management tools, to the point that it's a form of procrastination for me.  But this one is truly awesome.  The basic product is free although they plan to have some fee based content in the future.

It only takes a few minutes to set up your projects and tasks, then you enter in the time you spend on each task as you go through your day.

At the end of the day, you can get a nice little report with a pie chart that shows where you spent your time.  If you do all your work at the computer like I do, there's a little web-based app that will start a timer with your current task, and enter the time for you when you finish it.

It is amazing to me to see the amount of time I spend in task "grooming".  I would have said it was 30 minutes a day, tops.  Turns out it's more like an hour and 30 minutes.  Who knew?
