Hey all and thanks for those who attended the live phone meeting. It was success.Topics included the steps, the tools, remembering to be easy on yourself, dont beat yourself up with a bat try a feather. Keep starting and dont just do it, DO IT NOW!!!!!

Yes, thanks, M. for setting it up and moderating; it was good and I look forward to next week.  I agree with Journey that it really helps to talk to others who are in the same boat, struggling with the same issues.
