pro's CI - 2pm

I exercised (felt good), took my pills, and got dressed. I didn't exercise really hard. I wanted it to be pleasant so I'd continue doing it. I can build up slowly.

I'm going to make some lunch now, then to the pile...

slow motion

I'm not moving too fast today. It's already 2pm and I've just gotten dressed. But I'm feeling depressed so maybe it's an accomplishment to be doing anything at all.

I will work on my pile today - perhaps not finish it all, but make a dent.

pro's CI - 11:20am

I did this:

- Picked up apartment.
- Dusted coffee table.
- Laid out pills for day.

Next:

- Take pills (dose 1 of 3).
- Exercise.
- Get dressed.

Ultimately what I need to do today is work on my pile.

hi nan!

I'm glad to not be alone here today. It works much better when you have company!

pro's CI - 10am

I finished washing the dishes. Much of it was containers that I might have thrown out, but I recycle everything so I had to wash them. I'd feel very guilty throwing out containers that could be recycled.

Now I should pick up a little in here.

pro's CI - 9:30am

Okay - if I'm going to get anything done today, I have to make a list and get moving - really check in. To start, I need to wash the dishes, pick up my apartment, and get dressed. I'll check in when I'm done (or when I've finished at least part of this).

pro's CI - 9:15am

I'm taking today off from work to handle my pile. But I'm feeling very off - woke up feeling off. Emotionally off. Down. I have to do this anyway.

I hope your day is going well and that your "pile" is getting smaller.

pile progress for Friday

I can't say I was phenomenally productive yesterday (Friday), but on the other hand I was feeling so down that it's amazing I did anything, and I did get some stuff done.

The part of the pile I took care of was the magazines. Perhaps that wasn't the most crucial part of the pile (it wasn't), but that pile had been bothering me for a long time and now it's gone. That feels good.
